What is beauty ?
Beauty can come in different ways, size, consisting of inner beauty and outer beauty. People have their own view of what beauty can be. such as looks, shape, size, attraction. It can be defined in many different ways as well. A person's definition can mean anything from their perspective and what they want in that specific person.
In the article "Beauty and Ugliness" it is about the theories of beauty in two categories; defining beauty and its function and the significance. It shows the different definition of beauty from different philosophers. According to Socrates’s point of view “ any beautiful object is at the same time not beautiful when compared with a higher beauty.” He also defines the beauty of physical and appearance as “ untrustworthy,” because physical appearance changes over time. Socrates argues that the purpose of beauty should be good and delight, not just the object functions well but evil. Therefore, a person beauty should be from the inside out.
Inner Beauty (Personality)
Inner beauty is more about how they're viewed and valued among themselves and other people. Inner beauty can be perceived in many ways, the factor that can contribute to it can be personal traits and characteristics. Personality comes into play with inner beauty. One's personality may be quirky, shy, loud, serious, quiet, funny, responsible, etc. This is a way to represent yourself in the eyes of others.
I don't care if you change your look or what type of class you're in because I care about what person you are.

Outter Beauty (Physical appearance)
Outer Beauty is more about what someone looks like. Some may prefer a person that is good looking or attractive because they care more about appearance. Also, some people may prefer a specific age for the person they want to be with. Men may choose a healthy young girl to ensure reproduction and healthy offsprings. Every person has a different type of physical attraction towards one another, this can be things such as age, size, weight, height, and etc.
In "Universal sex differences..." there is a variety of peoples preference in someone they look for. Each sex has a preference in a mate such as culture or age that can be ideal for a mate. Some people use dating websites to find a person they may interested in. There are a variety of peple on online dating sites.
